The problem with never refreshing your assistant coaches (and showing that Argentinian loyalty) is that you miss out on new, fresh and innovative approaches to running and managing a game of football.
As a group of players, as a head coach...you need new perspectives on the way to play the game.
Otherwise, you all go stale and other sides work you out.
Poch stays...but he has to refresh his assistants and bring in fresh blood immediately.
This is a COACHING problem. The responsibility lies with Poch.

People saying this is the worst performance ever must be six. Okay we got fucking smashed but we should have had 4 in the first half for starters.

I'm as upset as you mate but that is so far from the worst performance ever by a spurs team.
We didn't "play" badly, a very good team exposed the same issues we have had for the last 9 months. We dont have a defensive midfield player and so just cannot defend.

ITK Constantly told us, the money's there. Poch didn't see anyone he fancied. Can't hang this on Levy. If Poch gets the tactics wrong, can't motivate etc. Doubt this would happen under say, Fergie with these players.

Personally I think our problems are a lot bigger than that.
For a start, when the going gets tough we're shrinking violetes, no leadership and more importantly no togetherness currently.
We're not working hard enough in our individual roles for one another - that's the problem.
Only Sissoko I excuse from that.

We are set up totally wrong. This has to lie with the manager. I love Poch, but If id have had as bad a day at work as him, I’d be fucking sacked. Let alone the last nine months.

How can a manager even consider winning a match when he's got a whole back line that doesn't want to be at the club? How has Poch allowed himself to get into this position? He should've walked last summer when he didn't get any signings, a team will never progress if it doesn't upgrade at least one 1st team player each and every season! Poch is finished at this club after tonight, but I lay the blame firmly at Levy's door, he's failed to back every manager at the crucial moment every time!!!

so glad I couldn't make the match tonight. Spending 60 odd quid on that would have killed me. It's all so obvious as well....

Playing almost the same 10 that played for 60 odd mins on Saturday against one of the biggest teams in Europe.
Starting Dele who is clearly not match fit.
Not playing Lamela who has been our best attacking player this season.
Not making the right su
All things considered, we played well going forward for the first 30 mins. We actually Could be up a couple. But we waisted way too many chances. Then, like any good coach Kovac changed his tactics even tho they were 2-1 up. Poch on the other hand just stuck to it, then made the wrong subs too late. I wasn't buying the whole, something is wrong behind the scenes, but unfortunately now I do. I really don't see how we come back now.
This is the first time we have ever let in 7 goals apparently. Says it all.
