Poch on Friday morning when he calls Toby into the office to let him know he’ll be living out his final days with us as a makeshift rightback:

Nowhere near as worried about right back position after KWP’s display today, although next Saturday will be the real test.

Glad to see he played well today.

Wondering if Poch has left number 2 shirt available this season and said to KWP and Foyth to duke it out and whoever claims the position gets the 2 next summer.

Did well today, but wasn't really tested tbh. I personally don't think you can make a judgement whether or not he will cut it based on a game like this. Trippier would've done just as well in this game, but we all know he wasn't good enough. I'm rooting for him though.

loved how fiery he was after he received a big tackle. He's still too hesitant out there imo but today was a good step forward.

Had a very good game today, though he seems to have learned the bad habit of stopping after a run and dithering a few seconds before crossing or passing.

Really encouraging performance though. Looked very comfortable.

Really enjoyed his performance today, he oozes technical ability. Tough Test ahead with Sterling who has been one of the 3/4 outstanding attacking players in the past 2 seasons so let's do our best not to write him off should the worst happen next week because it's happened to far more experienced players than KWP.

It's happened to KWP too (O. Dembele) and he doesn't appear to be permanently damaged due to it.

Loved his performance. Looked extremely comfortable. Great first touch. You got the feeling that he was one of the most likely to make something happen until Eriksen came on.

He was not great in the first half but grew into the game. I think Winks struggled to hold the centre midfield so Sissoko and Ndombele were too tight and we lost control of the centre, this put KWP under more pressure.

I thought he was our best player today. Lovely first touch and control and much better going forwards than Danny Rose.

Yup, he got into great positions down the right, but was so frustrating in the final third, he needs to learn to get the ball in quickly before the opposition defence can set themselves.
