Just got back from the game - from what I saw live, Sess unable to cope with Saka's movement. PEH looks jaded physically and mentally. Second half was a bit more like it - but these first half no-shows have gone on far too long, there has to be a underlying cause.

Lloris – 5, irredeemable mistake, and it's time to thank him and let him go this summer, but made some big saves to keep the score down.
Doherty – 5, full of effort, and kept Martinelli quiet, but nothing happened for him
Romero – 6, same as above, but thought he did well after his yellow to not punch someone
Dier – 5, I didn't notice him that much, which probably means he had a better game than I thought...
Lenglet – 5, eh
Sessegnon, 4 – can't defend, can't attack; there was a period last year where he looked like the solution, but now we're counting down the days to destiny...
PEH, 4 – useless
Sarr, 6 – i'd like to rate him higher, because it was him vs Odegaard, Partey + Xhaka all game, but just wasn't able to do much except keep it ticking over and running back
Kulusevski, 7 – took his time to warm up, but was dangerous and full of running when he did; so glad to have him back and time to get his match fitness up
Son, 4 – :(
Kane, 7 – did the job of at least two players today; just didn't come off for him.

Don't remember the subs. Customary 10 for Gil, though. Legend.

4 for Conte, bad tactics, ba-aad team, let's never speak of this again.

I’m sorry, but a manager who needs the best players in the world to make a good team, isn’t a very good manager
If we want to be that club ...money needs to be spent ...bottom line. I've said this many times before you put Klopp Pep any of the top managers in charge of Tottenham with the frame work and current players they will not go far.

Pochittinho was a freak and once the dust settled and he needed financial backing Levy got rid.

PEH wasn't great but tellingly the best crosses from right were his. He just seems to have a shockingly bad control at times.

Sarr was very consistent and battled well and was just about our best player on the day. Kulu would have been had any of his attacks paid off. Great to have him back.

Thought Kane was fairly poor for long spells but managed to win a few knock ons and played in Sess.

Personally i think we started bright and if Sess could cross might have grabbed an early goal. Arsenal then gained momentum and Sess couldn't cope with Saka. I can understand Conte selecting Sess ahead of Perisic but it took far too long to change.

Time for the big man in goal!

Same shit different day.

Lloris probably one of his worst games in years for us. Terrible.
Kane actually started to run in 2nd half, i guess we should be grateful.
Romero scares the fuck out of me. Its a fine line between genius and madness.
Son is having an awful season :(
A 20 year old kid was the only player with any sort of composure about him in the 1st half.
Great to see Deki, Richarlison and Bissouma back.
We had no organised press at all. We gave them that 1st half gift wrapped.
We had zero composure on the ball, Sarr aside.

First half was atrocious. 2nd half was better but still not exactly great. I'm convinced that playing 3 at the back and conceeding the midfield is fucking us.

Think everyone pretty much agreed Son is becoming a luxury and was MIA for the match, if he starts on Thursday I will be very disappointed , Richy or Gil will surely give us more fight.
