Its fairly obvious the European transfer window staying open causes unrest and cohesion issues. How can he pick a first team, if he doesnt know whether a player will.be there or not over the next few weeks? A settled team is always going to pull in the same direction. At that level, players, I'd imagine, need to be 100% focussed. Which obviously isn't happening yet.
Was it our own FA and Spurs voted for our window to close early? Shot ourselves in the foot for a variety of reasons

All clubs voted for it apart from City, United, Palace, Watford and Sweansea. Burnley abstained.

There would be nothing wrong with our window closing earlier if it worked both ways: preventing both incomings and outgoings. I must guess UEFA is the one not allowing the FA to close the window earlier the way it should be.

All it needed for a settled squad was for levy to tell poch when the window closed that that was his squad and he wouldn't listen to any other offers. If the window was still open the squad would still be unsettled as players could still leave.

I get your point but, the fact that we have two super stars who are about to run down their contracts and who have been refusing to sign new deals over the last couple of seasons means that Levy didn't have the full power to do what you're suggesting. It would be a whole different story if Madrid was as interested in Christian as he is for them, though.

We'd be in the same position if our window was still open though, the squad would still be unsettled.
So our squad being unsettled is nothing to do with when our window closes.
