Ultimately, it's not a public service. It's a private competition so they could technically just turn them down cos they don't like his face, they don't need a reason.
Americans seem to feel that they can barge themselves wherever they want and if they get denied they go to court, it's absurd...
Mario Andretti gets told no, so he does the most American thing possible and starts legal action.
Why the fuck can't American's just accept being told no? There were solid reasons given for denying him joining - the engine supplier, concerns over them not being competitive and the general...

I like it. I mean, I'm not one for initiation ceremonies and all that junk but that'd be kinda fun.
That's sunday league keeper standard - late, aggressive, eyes closed, what a calamity.
Glancing over toward the Tyne though, Isak... he's really superb, he teleported around the pitch against us, was apparently invisible to our entire squad until he was inside the penalty area and today - can't...

Man, lot of arms flapping around, think that was a bit of a lame way to get a yellow card though, he just got punished because the other dude is pretty short and came in blazing :D
Dammit, Villa you suck! I would usually have celebrated this like it was a win at the Lane for us but you had to do it when I couldn't properly enjoy it, huh?
Bastards.
I'm still staggered by how Isak was just left to roam free - dude was like a ghost to our defenders, every time the ball was played up field, there he was, on his own in acres of space right in the middle of the field!
Yes, terrific striker, he's a menace and will be a thorn in the side of a...
It's like Isak is invisible yo our entire back line, he's had all the time and space in the world, it's absurd, how is he being given so much freedom after that first half??
Staggering - Isak is basically doing whatever he wants
