Player Watch Player Watch: Yves Bissouma

we definitely need to give the Biss-Sarr combination a break for now. we were far more combative when Bents and Hojberg came on. Bents also made the difference for Porro's goal as soon as he came on. We seem to easy to play through at the moment with our current midfield pair.

Player Watch Player Watch: Radu Dragusin

This is the thing, i have said before this season that we are are one man defense at times. If it wasnt for VDV burst of speed to recover certain situations in games, we would have conceded a lot more. Just seems like Radu is getting heat just because he isnt as quick as VDV, and who is lets...

Player Watch Player Watch: Radu Dragusin

Bissouma and Sarr are not as they were before AFCON in my opinion. Bents should have started ahead of one of them today. As for Radu, you cant judge a player on his 1st full start, especially if you expect him to be as rapid as VDV

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

My worry is, is not being able to change the game when it it clearly going against us. Whether that be subs or just formation\tactical tweaks. Even before Fulham scored they were by far the better team, with Vicario keeping us in it. We no longer have the excuse of players being out, and noone...

Player Watch Player Watch: James Maddison

starting to show glimpses of how he was before his injury, but the injury has knocked him back a bit. Same with Bentancur, still trying to get back to 100% after a long layoff. Van de Ven seems to be the only one so far that has come back from his injury the same as he was before.

    Tottenham Takeover Talk

The thing that stood out for me in this interview, was Levy admitting he made a mistake going for the likes of Mourinho and Conte, as they wouldnt want to promote kids from the academy etc. But then recently you have heard both Ange and Lange say in interviews the Academy has a long way to go...

This. Wolves 2nd goal was when Bissouma lost the ball on the edge of their area. one break away and we were done for as everyone was attacking, this was at 1-1

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

i dont know if, due to his pace, VDV could be turned into a wB, with Dragusin given more of a chance as CB, as he seems to be pretty limited to game time unless VDV or Romero get injured\suspended.

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

thats the thing, we should be buying players that can compete for places in their position, not just be a backup for injuries and suspensions.

    Manager Watch: Ange Postecoglou

I felt for Davies today up against Neto, Royal was poor for the most part. I get its not easy for players outside of the 1st 11 to just slot straight back in though (match fit etc). It is obvious there is a huge downgrade between 1st and 2nd choices in these positions though.
