Both good players. I think Hall is more skillful and creative, he's better at carrying the ball. Mainoo is a fair bit more physical.

Haven't seen any clips of him myself but I've been told he's incredibly fast.

I pretty much agree but its worth noting that Craig is very different to all the others you mentioned. He is a versatile midfielder but is probably best known as an anchor man. The others are all ball progressors or on the attacking side. As you say, this loan has probably come too late for him...

5 year deal you say? I can only imagine that young Mr. Hall is off to the Bugatti show room this afternoon. Kerching.

No personal ITK. I can't find it now but I'm sure there was an article originating from Northern Ireland where Warren Feeney spoke about George choosing Spurs. All I can find at the moment is this...

Also, solved a long term mystery this morning. In my records there was a striker on our books as a schoolboy back 2010ish. I'd only ever heard him referred to as Jay Squilla. The only thing I knew about him was that we let him go at 15/16 and he had a trial at Stoke. I watched a tiktok this...

I think so. He had a few clubs to chose from and he chose us. He wouldn't have been able to chose us if we hadn't made him an offer.

Lol. So this group has the son of Fitz Hall, the son of Matthew Upson, the Grandson of John Moncur - nephew of George Moncur and the son of Warren Feeney. Proper Regen vibes.

Boy am I glad we haven't risked any of those risky youth players. Much better to leave to.. *checks notes*.. Bryan Gil, Emerson Royal and hideously out of form Kulu, Madders, Sarr, Johnson, Son, Bentancur.etc Ange is digging his grave.

He could have included Donley, Santiago, John, Lankshear, Dorrington, Abbott. etc but he chose not to.

I'm sceptical. I wouldn't put it past Ange to put two keepers on the bench again.
