Not sure if I am the only one but I think our U21's attacking play is better than our first team

And the away kit looks like boxer shorts 😂

Realistic lol no one is suggesting we should start all academy players. People are annoyed that our manager keeps playing fringe players that do not have a future with us like Gil instead of bright prospects like Donley. We used to run our academy in this model, e.g. Livermore, Rose, Walker...

I would accept it if the badges/logos are properly aligned and the collar is not asymmetric

    Tosin Adarabioyo

they would probably have a random 5-minute cameo in some games unlike Foden/Palmer who are starters. there is significant difference between them. I rather give the chance to them instead of signing someone that we would probably struggle to shift in a few years.

people are talking about the 4th CB spot (if you exclude Davies), it's not like people are suggesting replacing Romero with Philips/Dorrington/Vuskovic

the case of Clarke shows the importance of consistent game time for young players. not really related to the topic of Gil vs Donley/Santiago/JSB

Also, I doubt that Gil would have better stats than Donley(5G12A), Santiago(8G7A) or JSB(10G6A) if he played for U21

similar to Kvaratskhelia, who probably would have a similar route as Bergwijn if he joined us. we had been struggling in a dilemma that young talents reject us due to lack of game time, but we can't attract the top players (either in a financial way or competitive way). thankfully under Fabio...

    Youssouf Fofana

I think as a #6 Frendrup would be a better choice

    Santiago Giménez

if we are going to sign a striker it has to be someone that can bring us to a higher level (like Lautaro, Osimhen), and I don't think Gimenez is. We have many prospects already (Veliz, Lankshear, Scarlett, JSP)

    The Summer 2024 scouting thread

There are only 4 club trained senior players (i.e. above 21) now, Skipp, Whiteman, Austin and Parrott. As Parrott is likely to leave in summer, we may need to register an U21 for European competition or we will need to find one in the market. Sadly there aren't many Spurs graduates playing at...
