    I’m not saying we should buy palinha but spending big or fairly big on the odd occasion on an older player shouldn’t be completely off the table if it’s exactly what we need. It should only be very rarely but why cut off your nose to spite your face

    My only concern from that is, and he didn’t say he couldn’t adapt his tactics if needed, whilst core principles can always stay the same football tactics are constantly evolving and that needs to be taken into account. Guardiola always has the same core principles but regularly changes things up...

    I’ve called him naive a couple of times but I don’t want him gone, I just want to to learn and adapt to the pl, I have no problem with weaknesses at this stage but it’s important we learn from our mistakes and improve
