    After watching the 442 vid I totally get the issue, how teams have sussed us out but if we get some players in key positions in we'll really hurt teams if they set up the same against us. The stubbornness to the system is incredibly brave, but the rewards could be huge depending on recruitment.

    Players that come from teams like Brighton (and before that Southampton and way back Forest) always seem to excel at those teams but don't always translate to similar levels at bigger clubs. I'm always wary.
